Jim has been a partner since 1989 and the firm continues to go from strength to strength and is a respected member of the financial community. Jim will be responsible for overall financial control and financial strategy to ensure that the football club will be able to serve the needs and represent the local community for a long time to come.

ANN MARIE BALLANTYNE Director and Company Secretary
Ann Marie is a partner in JR Management Consultants, working in the financial sector in conjunction with Ballantyne & Co for over 20 years. Ann Marie was a lifelong Airdrieonians fan and has visited every ground in Scotland. Her role in the club will be that of Company Secretary, taking control of all day-to-day admin duties, as well as a focus on sales revenues - season tickets, sponsorship, hospitality, merchandise, etc.

Rose has been a lifetime Airdrie Supporter going to Broomfield with her father when he had seats in Row A on the centre line as far back as 1945.  In 1953 she met John and both of them followed Airdrie both home and away.  They married in 1957 and their children Ann Marie and Jim also followed suit and the trip to Broomfield became a family outing. Rose helped John set up Ballantyne and Company in 1964 and worked in the office until 1996 when she retired from full time work and now helps out on a part time basis. Becoming a Director at Airdrie was a dream come true and she has now become an expert in catering for the team on their away games.

The wife of chairman Jim Ballantyne, Gillian had a long involvement with the Club before joining the Board of Directors in 2013. Gillian runs the Club Lottery and is well known among lottery agents and fans alike. With her extensive fitness background her role is constantly expanding. Before joining the Board, Gillian was involved in the introduction of specialised training with the first team, and with the ever increasing youth set up she is expanding this to the other teams

IAN McMILLAN Honorary President
'The wee Prime Minister' has lived every Airdrie boy's dream, when his sublime talents were recognised by the international selection committee and Ian fulfilled a lifetime ambition by playing for his country. His sportsmanship, in tandem with his skills, made him an extremely popular Airdrieonians player. He is still very well respected by everyone in football and will be a great asset to the future of Airdrie Football Club, in terms of linking the future of the new Airdrie FC to the history of the football town.
